CHAIR SEEKINS  announced SB  128 to be  up for  consideration. He                                                               
asked  Senator  Therriault  if  he had  any  new  information  to                                                               
contribute.                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR THERRIAULT expressed  the view that the bill  is fine the                                                               
way it notwithstanding the numerous warring legal opinions.                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR SEEKINS asked for a motion.                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR THERRIAULT  moved SB 128  from committee  with individual                                                               
recommendations  and  the  one  zero   fiscal  note.  Hearing  no                                                               
objections, it was so moved.
